We have just installed the new Pilot Line for ultrasonic processing of biomass! The Pilot line consists of a jacketed 30lt reactor designed and manufactured by Creative Nano, a Sonics VCX 1500 Ultrasonic Processor for Large Volume and Industrial Applications along with a Sonics external flow-cell. The pilot line will enable the tailored production of biobased NPs and will be initially used in the context of the BIOMAC project.
The BIOMAC project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement 952941.
