IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries and EXELISIS visited the new Creative Nano premises in Athens to discuss developments and opportunities in the framework of the FreeMe project. The FreeMe project proposes the metallization of polymeric (plastic or resins) surfaces eliminating the use of hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) and palladium (Pd) from the Plating on Plastics process, based […]

Creative Nano is in Copenhagen, participating in the Sustain a Print Kick off Meeting, hosted by Green Transition and Digital Transformation - Danish Technological Institute (DTI). During this EU-funded project, Cnano will develop hybrid nanolignin-based materials that will be used in the formulation of conductive inks used in printed electronics.
Creative Nano attending the 5M Consortium Meeting of FreeMe project, hosted by Politecnico di Milano, where we presented our work concerning a new proposed free of Cr6+ and Pd plastic metallization process. Preliminary results, proposed experimental design and the plan for the upscaling of the process, also covered in the […]
Creative Nano attended to 41 M consortium meeting held in Politecnico di Milano, where we presented our work concerning the development and validation of the remote purification pilot line for spent electrolytic baths. Our presentation consisted of the installation of the pilot line, upgrades occurred during the development process and […]
Mrs Cristina Onorato from Axia Innovation presented the advantages of PureNano Project technology and afterwards members from the Creative Nano research and development team demonstrated live the portable purification pilot line developed by Cnano in collaboration with IDENER and Kampakas Find out more: https://purenano-h2020.eu/.../purenano-circularity.../
Creative Nano hosted the second day of the MOZART EU Project meeting in our premises, on September 27th. Yesterday, we were happy to visit National Technical University of Athens NTUA and attend the first day of the consortium meeting, where we presented: T2.1 Materials and methods specifications T4.1 Modification of […]
Today members of Creative Nano visited the premises of Wilo Hellas. We were guided in the production area as well as in the training center of Wilo. We thank Mr Takis Stapas, Managing Director, and this team for the tour!
The interest in recycling and in the circular economy concept from the government, society, academia, and industry is grown constantly in the last few years. PureNano, one of the H2020 projects that Creative nano is participating in, aims to offer a great contribution to supporting the transition toward the circular […]
Creative Nano attended the 9th IUPAC International Conference on Green Chemistry (ICGC9 ) and presented a novel Cr- and Pd-free technology for plating on plastics developed in the 3D Plate project.
Grant agreement ID:101058449 Funded under: HORIZON_HORIZON-CL4-2021-RESILIENCE-01-11 REDONDO will develop reversibly cross-linked polyethylene (rPEX), rendering the up-to-date non-recyclable PEX a recyclable-by-design innovative polymer. Achievement of reversibility will be conducted via two different thermally reversible reactions for PE cross-linking: one based on C-S-S bonds and one exploiting the Diels Alder reaction. The […]
